Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

All the orders placed before 5pm (local time) will be dispatched the same day. (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once my order has been dispatched, when will it arrive?

Shipping times vary from country to country. Delivery times to EU and US are 2-4 working days.

Where is my order? How can I track it?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Once you have the dispatch email you can track your order and see all the updates!

Can I delete or change my order?

+

We offer super fast delivery, so it is not always possible to change / delete orders.
Check if the function to cancel the order at checkout is available (this function is only available in certain time slots). If you cannot cancel the order independently, contact our customer service, we will check if it's still possible to cancel or change the order.

Which courier do you use?

The courier delivering your order will vary depending on the destination country. We use the best courier companies. International orders are especially dispatched with Fedex and DHL.

I wasn’t at home and the parcel could not be delivered. How can I do now?

Don't worry, please contact us at hello@quanticlo.com We'll plan a new delivery as soon as possible!

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

+

There are no customs duties to be paid within the European Union. If you're placing an order for delivery outside EU import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
NB: Some destinations in EU are an exception. For example: Las The Canary Islands are integrated into the Customs territory of the Community, with specific particularities due to their remoteness and insularity. For this reason, to move goods it is necessary to carry out a customs clearance, both for exportation and for importation.


Returns

How can I return an order/item?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any items.
Return your items in the original shoe boxes. if you have thrown the original packaging, it can pack the return as you prefer. You can send the return with the postal or courier service you prefer.
Shoes must be unworn and unwashed.


Ps. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt

When do I have to return the item?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any items. Please use the original box without damaging it.
All returned items in new and unworn conditions will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse.




Could you pick-up my return?

+

Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service for international orders at the moment. You can return your parcel using any postal service.
It is highly recommended that you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

What address do I send my return item to?

+

Contact our customer service to get the address where to send the return.

How do I have to send the return back?

+

You have to ship the item back to us with original packaging. It’s important to pack the item securely. If necessary you can also use additional packaging material.

I have sent the item back to your warehouse. When will I expect my refund?

+

Once we receive the parcel we will check the conditions of the item. If the item has been returned in new and unworn conditions, not used or altered in any way, we'll issue your refund and send you an email to let you know once this has been done.

Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 3/5 working days for the funds to show back into your account. Please remember that refund processing time depend on your bank.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Paypal, credit or debit card
We accept the following cards American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro ed Electron. COD is available only for Italy orders

Is it safe to buy from your site?

Quanticlo takes customer security very seriously. Our site is classified as Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), an international security system. We also use SSL certificates, which guarantee the security of online data.

Do you accept Paypal as payment method?

Yes, we accept Paypal!
You can sign in with your PayPal account and use your PayPal payment options

Is possibile to pay on delivery?

We're sorry but COD is currently available only in Italy.







How do I return?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any items.
Follow these simple steps:


1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging
2. Return your parcel using any postal service.
3. Please send us an e-mail to hello@quanticlo.com and we will provide you the right address.
4. Once we check the condition of the product, we'll issue your refund
5. It can take up to 3/5 working days for the funds to show back into your account. please note that the shipping fees will not been refunded.
